03/13/2012 SHELL in Vallo di Diano – Oil Exploration License "Monte Cavallo"

FederPetroli Italia comes alive in the last week of what has become the main topic in the oil Italian sector with possible studies and hydrocarbon exploration in the region of Campania district Vallo di Diano on the border with Basilicata (Italy).

Entrepreneurs of the Campania region have sent a letter to FederPetroli Italia where he asks to be the spokesperson against oil companies interested in the sites with potential hydrocarbon reserves, as documented instances of the Ministry of Economic Development - General Directorate for Mineral Resources and Energy project "Monte Cavallo".

The different associations are asking to FederPetroli Italia and the President of the same - Marsiglia, to help the local business team to understand in the Campania land, with real answers and not exploited by political will, opportunities that may arise in the land of the Vallo di Diano valley and such damage could be subject to the territory.

The President of FederPetroli Italia - Michele Marsiglia said it had already contacted the top management of Shell Italy (company that owns the instance of an exploration permit on land) through a letter and wait for a call as soon as possible by Shell.

Marsiglia is said happy that finally, after so many years, the entrepreneurial forces of a country before they can speak in favor or conflicting guidance on possible oil developments for Italy, have asked for opinions and insights, a  smart and responsible way to assessments major economic activities for the oil future of our Country.
